Theres a Dennys just East of it..on Eastern and Tropicana...and if go further west towards strip on Maryland you have a few fast food places.. There is also a Metro pizza and I think a fondue place by Maryland ( by Metro pizza) though I haven't tried it. A little further down from Dennys is a Walmart shopping area with some fast food places and an IHOP across the street If you want a little more pricey Casa Di Amore is an Italian restaurant with good food...
Yes there is a washroom. It's in the back. There are a few restaurants across the street from there.
