This week i rented two storage spaces from you. I was moving in today did my last load at 9pm. You close at 10 pm so i was here before you closed By time i was finished it was 10:03 i was at the gate. My dog, myself and my husband got locked in.

There is a gate code that should allow you to leave the property after 10pm. If not call the police, and they will contact management to open the gate for you.

They should have a number posted that you can call. Did you put in your gate code to try and open the gate?
