We were there on a Monday night.
The website can tell you more but they're definitely there on the weekends and and I think they took the place of Elvis and they start around 1 or 2 o'clock in the afternoon and go until 5:00 p.m.. Maybe they have 2 days off but they are definitely there on the weekends.

Their website lists the entertainers at the piano bar but not the days or times. I'd call them if you need more information.
