Call them?

I would call them because sometimes they don't do it. Should have that deposit within 2 weeks. Don't wait too long. That's why I always pay the deposit in cash so I get it the same day I return the room.

This is the first time we went it's only been a few days for us as well so when I find out I will post it. Sorry I couldn't help
