Are all the restaurants open, or will be open in the next 3-4 months?

The food court is open as well as the regular restaurants as of Monday 12/21/20

Buffet and oyster bar were closed. Everything else has reduced hours. I assume the rest will stay open. Patrons need food, and casinos need to cover their costs somehow.

Not sure. Nevada is starting to roll out new restrictions. So no telling what's opened or closed. Check on-line.
