Is there a shuttle bus that goes to the strip from the Orleans hotel? I heard there was one that went every half hour.

Yes there is and it drops off at the Linq Promenade

Pretty much all hotels that are not on the strip have a shuttle. I don't see why the Orleans wouldn't have one
