There's always a ton of people coming and going so you definitely shouldn't be expecting any kind of privacy or intimate setting. The hotter months won't be kind to nice attire. And depending if you have a party, there could be some accessibility concerns. But the view is pretty amazing if that's your main draw and a drone could probably capture some amazing video. Check with park services regarding any licensing or permits you may need.
If you're willing to hike a bit , its definitely a great place to do a wedding . Once you're at the top and you stand in the center of the circle , you will sound like you're on stage . It's really trippy!!!
It's almost always full of families and children and pets, so if you don't mind that, it'd be a lovely place for a very quick wedding.
Of course maybe you can go over and ask, because they have security they can give you better information than i but it's a beautiful place for a wedding or birthday party.
