What if we had to change our address which is also within the Las Vegas vicinity ? Do we have to go to the process of our pictures being taken again & paying for it also ?

False information. Go online to DMV website and complete a change of address. (You will need your current document). The fee is $4.25. You will receive a new license or ID in the mail in 5-7 business days. If you go inside the office, same fee but the computer determines whether or not you take a new photo.

No just go to the postal office and they will give you a small form to fill out , that you have moved and changed your address. The DMV is for licensing and plates etc... But also you just have to tell them your new address.
