Yes, you have to register it in Nevada. You don't need new insurance. The registration fee depends on the year & make of your vehicle. You can call DMV or check their website for more details.
Go to DMVNV.COM and use the registration estimator, put in the vehicle VIN number. I always add an additional $20-$30 to what the estimator gives. You will have to get Nevada insurance, Nevada smog, your current out of State registration, your plates and if your vehicle has never been registered in Nevada before, you will have to bring your vehicle to the DMV for VIN inspection.
