Depending on location you go to, go through the main entrance and you'll see the appointments line, at Sahara it's the third line on the left, roped off. You don't need the confirmation # but it helps. As long as you get there in time, you'll have no problems.

Walk inside past the long line. There will be another line inside against the window of the building. Just ask someone " is this the appointment line?" And you should be fine. Note: they will make you go back to the end of the appointment line if you show up to the desk too early. They only check you in 15 min prior to your appointment time.
