Yes, but you would want to arrive early before the office opens to sign in for stand by.
All office offer stand by but you must pack your patience. They have 5-6 appointments every 30 minutes. So if they have no shows you might get a shot of going out. Best bet make an appointment so you don't have to wait a good part of the day.
They cut off walk-ins early. They will put you (G)eneral. It's going to be a long day. It takes about a hour to get thru 30 number. Bring money for the little store or bring snacks.
