You can change the mailing address for your license and each vehicle independently of each other. You can change the vehicles without changing the license. However, if your license is a Real ID (gold star in the upper right corner) it must have your physical address printed on it. It's a federal law. If you want your mailing address on the license, you have to downgrade to a standard license.
