Only walk ins right now (I believe) are 30 day and a few registrations. You have to go in early (for that). The knowledge test will be by appointment. I would not suggest just walking in for that! Sorry

Yes you be able to.but you have to make an oppointment .you either make the oppointment online or at the dmv location. They not let you in if you dont have an oppointment.
They just recently changed the rule of allowing you to walk in for written test. They now require an appointment
Check the website, but from my observation, it was appointment's ok only!
