They are only accepting walk-ins on Saturdays. But, the only catch is, you have to show up about 4:30 am. They hand out 400 tickets a days, starting at 7:30 am. People line up way earlier than 4:30, but with my experience, showing up at 4:30 am you will receive a ticket
Yes, but get there early. They hand out a limited number of tickets first thing.
