I've used Stanley Steemer twice for whole-house carpet and floor cleaning and each time my carpets and floors dried with 24 hours.
Typically, it takes anywhere between 8-24 hours for carpet to dry and between 2-6 hours for upholstery to dry. Using fans and turning your heating or cooling on can help speed up drying time.
