Yes, they dont care about your ID, as long as you can prove residency with mail or something else like a statement from the Salvation Army.

well from my experience you have to have an id from the state you live in i dont believe they will let you because you have to have 3 proof of address and just a letter from salvation army wont do you have to have i.d from the state your trying to get stamps from. because if you dont everyone would be doing it

No... You cannot. As far as I know, unless you have recent mail with your name and of course address, you cannot get FS from Ky. You should get hold of FSSA office in KY. Go to KY. Gov and go to nutrition supplement section, or look for SNAP. You can get more information there. God bless, and good luck. /supplement
