They do a discount, i think instead of $1.19 a pound it's like $.99 on the 1st Saturday

Gina is correct. They have discount on 1st Saturdays of the month but not additional 50% off

I don't believe so. Everything you buy at the outlet is $1.19 per pound with the exception of large furniture items.
