Thank you for your prompt response and information, I ended up registering on in.gov and it set my appointment at national guard armory on Waterloo Rd, connersville,In, it was pretty straight forward after I input my information. I would suggest the health department add/update some process online to the minimum extent of show up here and do this. Again thank you very much.
At the back of the court house you can park in spots that have signs up for COVID testing and they have a number you call when you arrive. I made an appointment so I didnt have to wait long. Go to scheduling.coronavirus.in.gov to schedule an appointment.
