I would call management or even email their headquarters
I have not had them be that level of rude personally but they are certainly not the most customer-friendly folks I have encountered.
I have never had any problem with them being rude, I would complain to their headquarters, but they are usually pretty friendly, unless she was having a bas day, but still not an excuse to be rude.
Well that was really very unfortunate behavior for you to experience. I have never personally had any issues with the staff, but I do feel they can be more friendly and polite with customers, also more helpful in general. (no pun intended)😐
Absolutely the worst Dollar general I've ever been in with the customer service being extremely rude and unprofessional. By asking a simple question I got the answer while my store is a mess can't you see last time I checked that's not my job to keep a store clean. Especially the short guy that works there.
The employees at this store are very rude. They act like they are doing the customer a favor by their presence 🙄 this store would do well to have a corporate shopper come in weekly and see how rude these employees are
That's an example of lack of professionalism and training and just bad form, I usually thank them for the opinion of a idiot and I go on down the road
