This place is awful. It is not due to lack of staff. This has not even a 1 time experience. Today was just the worst. They kept seeing people getting in line looked at us rolled their eyes and went back to their conversations. 4 people had already gotten in line and not one worker even said hello, can you give us a minute. Nope just eye rolling

I never got balloons there but have seen a lot of people get balloons there. But the workers are very nice there i'd give them a call. I did that when i had question about on line shopping and she was helpful !
