P Open until dusk. I would suggest early am or later evening to walk your dog. It is very crowded daytime and afternoon hours. I left at 6p.m. and the crowd was still thick.
I like it at night. You'll always find crowds walking the trail with there friends. Or a duo getting to know each other
Its prettier in the evenings because of the lights.. I prefer it in the evening more than in the day
