When the Bengals or Reds don't have a home game.
Smale park is at its best at Dusk. The kids playing around with the available natural light and the well lit up stais, balcony and carousel across the street add some character and ambience to the place. The Roebling Bridge looks majestic and people of all age wearing a warm smile while leisurely strolling around. The dancing fountains, the carefree swings and the mist from ground within. What makes it a joyous experience is the blend of music, mirth and laughter. Atreat to every human senses
When it is sunny and warm!
Any time of day or night. It is well lit and romantic at night. Enjoy.
All Cincinnati and Hamilton County Parks are open from 6am - 10pm, 365 days a year. Smale is no different. The best times are when the sun is up and can enjoy the view of the Ohio River with a backdrop of the City of Cincinnati.
Any time a good time. But wkends are really crowded
Any time is good time
Any nice day or evening
When its warm
As other have said, anytime there isn’t a bengals or reds game! Although, Friday, personally, is the best. I love to see people enjoy the park as well! If you want to be alone, or close to it, I would recommend the weekdays.
Just drove it late night, awesome views, quiet, almost zero traffic 11pm.
