was there on saturday 10/03 the so called rude and not knowledgable manager. Her name is Patty is rude, she will call you a liar, and she knows nothing. She says phone are not working, well I left several messages also. They will not call you back, and she is just a rude hateful person. Go talk to shane he seems to at least get you a answer. We all neeed to call the bettter business bureau and call the news channels
