I just called and was told yes, but you have to bring a check into the office or pay through Official Payments on the country treasurer's website so it will be processed before the end of the year.
Thank you Jim, but how would a credit from an escrow set up be handled throughout 2018? Does the county send the money back to me or the escrow company?
