Do they breed these birds? and can they get a specific bird if I'm looking for something that I didn't see in their store currently?

I don't know but the flea market has alot of birds, you might want to check it out and hopefully speak a little Spanish

Looking for a ringneck. African or indian. We have a cockatiel and a budgie. Had 6 more budgies that I rehomed to make room for another larger bird.
