At 5:00 pm why does the drive thru get bad? Nothing is freshly cooked. You get an over heated soggy Big Boy in a foil/paper wrapper. That tastes very little like a BigBoy. Half of the cole slaw. Frys are just as bad. I don't go to this Frisch's now.

Great place to eat inside. Staff friendly and helpful. The food is what it is. This is not a 5 star steak house.

The lack of care and they probably are pre-cooking sandwiches ahead and whoever is doing portioning prep isn't following the recommended portioning sizes

I can't disagree with either one of them. Between the two of them what they say combined pretty much confirms what I said in my review.
