Been trying to get an appointment for over a week now. Nobody answers the phone. When I filled out the online form I got an automated response saying they're closed for Thanksgiving (it's mid December), and that someone would reach out in 2-3 days. Obviously that hasn't happened so I guess I'll need to schedule elsewhere. EDIT: Months later, I cannot get a copy of my medical records because nobody answers the phone or responds to voicemails. Every single phone option leads to a voicemail. Nobody responds to them, and it is impossible to get a human being on the phone.

The staffing at the Florence and Rookwood locations were great, attentive, and quick at responding to call in questions. Throughout our visits we got to see all the doctors and each one was knowledgeable, professional, and had a great attitude. We had a successful 2nd cycle of IUI and have since graduated!
