If you are camping you can pull up to shore and tie your boat up to a tree. I was up there for a week with no issues depending on which camp site you are at you most likely will not be able to see it.
There is literally one dock here. Maybe call around to other places along moose lake and see if they will let you. Otherwise just takes your boat out after you are done
There's a boat ramp with a small dock at the campground, but I don't think they allow overnights. There are other private docks on the lake that may allow it.
