And a male staff member came into the women's changeroom unannounced. Luckily I had finished showering and wasn't naked.
What's the Staff Policy on this ???

Not sure about that. I would report it. He should have announced himself.

They should ALWAYS announce at least twice.

They should always announce themselves before entering the locker rooms of the opposite sex.
