Is this in a good area or bad area of town?

It looks about average. I've been going there for many years, and have never had a problem.

Its a working class area. I have been there many times and never had a problem. If you have a concern then just go there in the day time. I highly recommend going there at least once for the experience and the extremely low prices.

Its a good area...i work a few doors down at the bob evans😁its actually a really nice store,alil pricey but nice things!

I consider it to be in a good area but for me Dayton is all together a great area.

I love the goodwill outlet!! My favorite place to look for curtains, I found a queen size blanket. Many items from plantters , for the yard, and pictures inside and out!

Its a decent enough area. It's right on the Dayton/Kettering edge so far enough away from riff raff to be good but still close enough to be relevant. -Side note; i absolutely love this place. If you're into looking for a great deal or a good bargain this is the place for you. If not i would just carry on.
