Yes the rental fee is $300 which includes use of kitchen which has almost everything you could need. I rented for grad party. It was the cheapest facility around. I thought it was great. You have to do clean up
You can certainly have a birthday oarty i. There, would nit recimmend it during the winter months as he heating systeem does not do s grsat job heating the oaviliob evenky. But otherwise it is a great olace for a birthday party.
