When you order sushi does the price reflect one piece or two?

Sashimi prices are for 2 pieces, they are generous.

Nigiri is in units of one

If you are asking about the rolls, the price is for a roll cut into 6-8 pieces I'm not sure where the "cutoff" is but typically the lower prices are 6 pieces and the higher prices are 8 pieces.
