Not sure what's happened here? From the top to the bottom in Hudson. Yikes, having eaten at bakers for 20+ years I have seen the great and the bad. We are currently at the bottom. I will wait for friends, family and neighbors to tell me things have improved before I will be back since my last experience in May of 2022.

On a recent visit to Hudson I decided to visit Barker's Bar & Grill. I was greeting at the door by the friendly staff, I was seated and the service was very quick. I ordered the Bullseye Burger, it was pretty good. This is a nice establishment with good service and good food.

My wife and I came here for lunch and it was incredibly delicious and the staff was amazing. Amy wife got the Garlic Creole wings and they were some of the best wings I've ever had. I got the Primo bacon and cheddar burger and it was done to perfection!! We will be back for sure

At Barker's Bar & Grill and our family of restaurants (San Pedro Cafe and Pedro's del Este) everyone's health and well-being remains our highest priority. FILTRATION AND AIR QUALITY Barker's Bar & Grill, San Pedro Cafe, and Pedro's del Este have installed state-of-the-art air filtration systems.
We do not have an outdoor patio, but we do have a four-season screen porch. Also, our restaurant only allows service animals.
