Our family was there on 3/26/21. We noticed a customer walking around for quite sometime without wearing a mask. When we let the maitre d know his response was "oh some people." The customer was not approached. Disappointing.

We believe the maitre d should have approached the person. We went there assuming Rock Elm would uphold their policy and our safety.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We do adhere to safety mandates & ask our guests to follow suit. Unfortunately we cannot control every person. It’s a confusing & stressful time for everyone, but here’s to hoping we’re getting to the other side.
