As I understand it, the ambassadors and consular officers are not in the embassies. So if you need or go looking for a document to be signed by the ambassador or consular, you will not be able to do it unless you get the embassy in Texas there if they are working.

In which Embassy? Why would not they work on January 28? It is not a holiday.
