If you were born in North American territory, it is easier to obtain a North American passport than a Venezuelan one. There is no time limit to register a child of a Venezuelan as a Venezuelan. The constitution guarantees it like this... although honestly, the revolutionary government cares about the constitution as much as it cares about the hunger and health of its inhabitants.
