Hello Jayy Jayy. My name is Rick. Im the owner of Paton's Auto. We are a very busy shop. When a customer calls they might be asked to hold while a staff member gets me. Another option is to leave a message. All messages are returned. Your car was towed in because it didn't run. A bad fuel pump was the cause of it not running. You requested that you supply the fuel pump. When you came to drop off the fuel pump. I informed you that is was a sub standard part. You still wanted it put in. So if the car was towed in and driven out. It would have been impossible not to put the fuel pump in. So if the sub standard part failed its not our fault. This is why you let the shop supply the parts. So you have a warranty. It took you two days to pick up the car after it was done. A half day of that was you chasing around for a used battery. Both of these reviews are not an accurate representation of Paton's service. They go out of their way to make repairs without overcharging you. Have been taking my suv here for many years as well as many of my friends. Sounds like people trying to get free service or money for jobs that were performed. I'm sure Paton's has an army of customers willing to testify for them in court. Please check yelp for reviews as well. You can't please everyone however they have 4 1/2 stars out of 5.
Mr. Fisher you're vehicle was towed in and didn't run when we got it, the battery was dead and the timing belt broke, which was replaced. After the car was started it had a misfire, which was diagnosed at no charge and you didn't want the repair, which was undetectable until the car was able to start after we replaced the timing belt and charged the battery.
They are very horrible they Head my car for over 3 Never call me I had to call them all the time Finally get the car back and it runs worse then what it was When I sent it to them They try to Charge me more money for a Turn up Took it somewhere else and get it tuned up Because I didn't want to give them any more money was very disappointed Car is still not right Also messed up my alarm And my hood In try to say it was like that when I brought it to them Please Sue them I should have done the same
