Yes, online appointments here don't work, call them or better yet go there to make one. I came here for an oil change expecting to drop off my car and that I would have to pick it up the next day but Mohammed said they would try and have it ready by the time they closed and they did.

I brought my vehicle (2015 Jeep Cherokee) in to have new tires installed as well as front breaks and rotors. The service took three hours. The next day I began hearing excessively and unbearable screeching from the front breaks. I waited a week as I know there is a break in period. The screeching continued as well as my rims being nearly black from the break dust. I took the vehicle back to Firestone and one of the techs said that the pads were probably defective. Hiram Bradley (store manager) stepped in and said that I would need to wait two hours to have the breaks checked. This is after I already paid for service which took three hours. I came back the next morning and after going back and forth about the problems with the breaks, Hiriam stated that I would need to wait two hours. He then reluctantly came outside to look at the vehicle. As instructed I moved the vehicle back and forth a foot or so and since there was no screeching, Hiriam said that there was no problem. I pointed to the rims that were nearly black (I had the vehicle washed two days before) as well as ask if he could have a tech take the tires off to inspect the pads and rotors. Hiriam looked at the pads through the rims and said that no adjustment was needed. I asked what type of pads were put on my vehicle and he looked and said metallic. I told him that that the pads were supposed to be ceramic and the receipt stated such. Hiriam ran back into the store and checked the system and came back outside and said that the pads were ceramic. Ridiculous!!!! Hiriam refused to have the tires removed to inspect the brakes because he could inspect the pads and rotors looking through the rims. A month later went back to Firestone at 745am to have the breaks checked because the screeching and squeaking has not stopped. I woman told me that I have to wait until Hiriam comes back and it would take three hours to check the breaks. In short, the vehicle was checked and Hiriam informed me that the specs called for heavy duty brake pads and rotors. Because they didn’t think that a Jeep Cherokee SUV was heavy duty, parts other than what the specs called for were put on my vehicle. When I questioned Hiriam as to why the wrong parts were put on my vehicle he stated that they weren’t the wrong parts and instead of putting the OEM parts he could have just put the same brake pads on my vehicle and been done with it. I admit I was disgusted. In all, i waited four hours for Firestone to put new brakes and rotors on my vehicle. I can only hope that the correct parts were used (I wasn’t provided a receipt). I am a disable veteran who honorably served this country (and Hiriam is aware since he issued the discount and the license plates indicate it) and I am appalled at the service and treatment I received. I do not have time to continuously return to Firestone to resolve this issue. I would never recommend this location for any service.

If you don’t need your car right away it is a great place since they are really busy.

Awesome service.

They will take walk-ins. I did that yesterday and was in/out in less than 30 minutes for a tire balance and mount but they are busy most days, I would call to check to see if they are backed up first or not.
Touch less pay; shields up between customer and employee, masks required.
Not sure, you need a mechanic or someone who knows about cars.
You have to call the store.
