You need new help at this facility, i talked to a woman Named Mary and she was completely rude. We have drivers rotting at this hell hole. They could care less about the drivers and that is wrong.

She was talking to a manager and I could hear the manager and she was just as useless. My driver was already in gated and they said he was banned so he went in figured out what it happened and it was their mistake. They wanted him to go back out throw an hour line then get back in line to come back into the yard. There must have been 90 trucks so he would have wasted another hour and a half to get in.
