Hi, go to our website www.alphastorage.com, and click on "Make A Payment" button. On the Locations payment page, click on "Pay" button for your storage location. Click the "Sign Up" link to create a new account: you will need your unit number and account number (shown on your invoice or receipt) to verify you are a current customer. Fill-in the rest of the Sign Up fields; your account will then be registered. You may now login to make pay online, view your documents, payment history, or setup your account for Auto-Pay so you'll never miss a payment or be charged a Late Fee. Go to website. Setup online acct. Make sure you have acct and unit number. Then pay. You can also pay over the phone.
