No. That would be MicGinny's out on east river rd. Gotta send a minimum of 20 bucks on drinks or whatever but they so the "free birthday wing"

We had eighty wings the last time we went. Our favorite was the Nirvana wing sauce. Garlic Parmesan was our second favorite. Not sure about freebie.
