Some stores will custom cut a few tiles IF they have the tools. Never have sought this service. Good Luck!
Todd is correct, some locations rent tools for various jobs.
No you will need a cheap tile saw or tile blade for a skill saw. Get the water saw they are easy to use and minimal mess
