Im not sure there is even a picnic area. However, u can probably ask a manager in walmart and i bet as long as its far enuf away from the building itself then i dont see y they would have a problem with it. I mean since the parking lot is open to the general public to sleep in over night i could imagine it may be okay to grill or at least have a picnic for sure. I set up a tent in the grass a few years back when i was on a road trip. :) lol i think that was the Walmart in myrtle beach too! ;-) good luck!
