My interest is in purchasing a marker. A quote of $3800 was recently given to a family member. The quote in my opinion is outrageously high. My question is must the marker be purchased through Woodlawn or can an independent company be used.

Yes an Independent company can be used. They love to steal money from you so by all means please use an independent company....
