Every one is masked, they have ample hand sanitizer, any desk area where you you interact with a staff member has a Plexiglas shield between you. No snacks in the waiting areas, and all beverages are individually dispensed (bottles or individual brew packs). The area is well ventilated. You are not accompanied by a sales member on a test drive. All in all, well done.
They were very conscious of safety recommendations and very accommodating during our initial visit and my follow up visits.
