They do get very busy at certain times. Check in is NOT impersonal. Sorry that is your perception, but it's not reality. It's an added convenience they extend to their clients. If you dont like it you don't have to go there.
They take walk in but wait time is going to be long
You are welcome to walk-in. The check in just gets you in before walk-in's if any are waiting. They take them by time checked in.
I just walk in.
They do take walkins but prefer you to check in online.
