Do they get to keep their cell phones?
They can receive calls in on the payphone in the common area between 7am and 11pm. There is no limit on incoming calls per day. But they can call out 2 times per shift, so only 4 times per day they can call out. Also they can have 2 visitors at a time from 4-5 730-830 Mon-Fri and weekends from 1-3 and 6-8
Yes they can but they have certain time they can use it & they only get 4 calls a day I believe not sure exactly how many per shot they get.
