Whatever happened to The Pavilion that was going to be built in Douglas Park they should have the money gathered by now they're building roundabouts all over Columbia

I mean there was supposed to be a big old building built there so few could go play ball do gymnastics hang out there you know enjoy each other enjoy the community situation going on it was not just to go under there and sit and drink beer and smoke cigarettes and weed and let stuff like that all day and night I want the other people to enjoy other Recreations and that facility

There is a covered pavilion in Douglas Park with picnic benches...
