I don't care how hard she works she has no right to tell somebody else's child to shut up that is disrespectful and she needs not to have a job if she's going to talk to customers like that.

She works there and she maybe hoping that you take control to quiet down your child. Two year old are noisy and can't be still. Just be patient with her and she be with you....also should have told her if she has any complaints about your child just tell you. She works hard and try to be respectful but working as hard she do sometimes things get nerve wrecking.
