Why do the workers don't wear gloves are hair nets and why do they be walking around eating while taking care of customers that's nasty

I know that is, someone needs to address this with the manager. You definitely should be wearing gloves when handling food and if your hair is long hair nets should be required. They are doing a lot if health hazards at the place surprised they haven't had citations from the USDA food health service
